Shawnee Smith was born in 1970. She is 5 feet tall 3 inches. She is an American actor, singer, as well as a TV host. Smith is well known for her roles as Amanda Young in the Saw films and Linda on Becker, a CBS show Becker. Smith has also performed with the metal band Fydolla Ho. The group performed in throughout the United States and the United Kingdom and is half of Smith & Pyle the desert country-rock band with actress Missi Pyle. Shawnee Smith's parents are Jim Smith and Patricia Smith. Jim Smith was an former pilot in the US Air Force, a medical oncology and financial planner. After moving from South Carolina, her family moved to Van Nuys California. Her mother had remarried eight years later after divorce. She was a student at Ranchito Avenue Primary School in Panorama City Los Angeles as in addition to Madison Jr. High, in North Hollywood. She completed her studies at North Hollywood High School, North Hollywood California in 1987.
